In May 2019, we're launching a brand new bill layout for all of our customers.
The new layout we've designed is much simpler and highlights key information more prominently.
We've created an article on our help centre with a preview of the new bill, with important sections explained.
You can expect to see the new layout within the first two weeks of May.
Besides a brand-new layout, there will be no other changes to your current services or billing information (like your account number).
