In November 2018 we migrated customers who were formerly with Bendigo Bank Telco on to our main billing platform.
Due to this change, customers can no longer use MyServiceCentre to manage their account and services online. Instead, you have been given access to SmartCentre - our main customer dashboard for residential and small business customers.
How do I log into SmartCentre?
Getting online with SmartCentre is easy. In early October we sent all former Bendigo Bank Telco customers an email and SMS to inform them that their new SmartCentre account has been created.
If you haven't already, please click the link in that email or text message to set the password for your new SmartCentre account.
What if I didn't get an email with my account details?
If you didn't receive any correspondence from us - make sure you check your junk/spam folder.
If you still can't find anything from us, let us know via the LiveChat function and we'll send you your new account details.
What happened to my old usage and invoices?
If you would like to see your usage and old invoices from before November 2018, please send an email to customerhelp@bendigotelco.com.au.
