You can request to cancel your mobile service with us in a few different ways:
- Chat with us online via our website.
- Email your cancellation request and account details to firstname.lastname@example.org.
- Log into your SmartCentre https://smartcentre.bendigotelco.com.au/account/login?returnUrl=/ and raise an order
- Call our friendly Customer Help team on 1300 228 123, 8.30am – 5.30pm Monday – Friday (AEDT).
**Please note, if you are moving to another provider and wish to keep your mobile service number it is important that you do NOT request cancellation prior to your new service provider requesting your number be ported over. If you cancel your mobile service prior to contacting a new service provider you will lose your mobile service number and will be required to take on a new number.
Will I be charged a cancellation fee?
Provided your mobile phone is not within its contracted period, you will not be charged any fees. If the service is still within the contracted period, you may be charged an Early Termination Fee.
