All mobile phones are covered under the standard manufacturer’s warranty. Should you wish to put in a warranty claim for a damaged device, you will need to do this directly through the manufacturer.
If your device has been stolen or misplaced, you should report this to our Customer Help team for temporary suspension of your mobile SIM service. We will also give you the option to block your IMEI number which will prevent another SIM card from working in your device.
How to find your IMEI
- Open the Settings app on your Android phone.
- Scroll down and tap on About Phone.
- Scroll down and you will find the number under IMEI. Source: Android Central.
Regardless of whether your device is damaged or has been stolen, you are still liable for all charges associated with your Mobile Device Repayment Plan. If you wish to terminate this plan before the device has been paid off, you will be charged Early Termination Fees appropriate to how long is remaining on your contract.
