Premium SMS are third-party charges that usually come from app purchases, competition entries, TV reality voting, and news or weather updates.
If you wish to dispute these charges, you need to contact the third party in which they came from.
How do I avoid these charges?
You can barr Premium SMS services from your device so that you don’t accidentally incur any of these charges. For the majority of services, Premium SMS is disabled upon creation of the service, however if you want to be sure, just contact our Customer Help Team for confirmation:
