As with many other service providers, Bendigo Telco operate a pro-rata billing system, meaning that we bill a month in advance. Your first invoice will include charges from the current month, as well as charges for next month resulting in a higher than usual invoice total. This amount will vary depending on how far into the month you activate your new service and monthly invoice charges will realign with your service plan moving forward from here.
Please note that mid-month activations will also reduce your first month’s call and data allowance.
