You can request to disconnect your home phone service with us in a few different ways:
- Chat with us online via our website.
- Email your cancellation request and account details to email@example.com.
- Call our friendly Customer Help team on 1300 228 123, 8.30am – 5.30pm Monday – Friday (AEDT).
What else will be effected if I disconnect my home phone?
- If you have an active ADSL service, this will stop working. Your ADSL service requires an active line to remain operating.
- If you have a secondary number attached to this number, it will stop working.
- Once you disconnect your home phone, you may not be able to reconnect that same number in the future.
Will I be charged a cancellation fee?
Provided your home phone is not within its contracted period, you will not be charged any fees. If the service is still within the contracted period, you may be charged an Early Termination Fee.
