If you happen to lose or damage your SIM card just let us know and we will organise a replacement for you.
Please note: SIM card replacements may incur an $11 replacement fee
Requesting a new SIM card via SmartCentre
The easiest way to order a replacement is to open an enquiry through SmartCentre.
Once you have logged into SmartCentre, click the Enquiry button.
To submit an enquiry for a replacement SIM card, select an enquiry type of Accounts & Billing and in the description text box please provide us with the mobile number of the service that needs a replacement SIM and the address you require it sent to.
If you are unable to raise an online enquiry, you can also:
