You can activate your new SIM by logging into your Smart Centre account. Once you have logged in, simply click on ‘Activate SIM’.
The Active SIM link will appear only when there is a pending mobile activation.
Alternatively, you can request your SIM be activated by contacting our Customer Help team:
- Chat with us online via our website.
- Call our friendly Customer Help team on 1300 228 123, 8.30am – 5.30pm Monday – Friday (AEDT).
**Please note services can only be activated during business hours and may take up to 4 hours for your activation to be completed.
